Mr. Neading is unwell. He used offensive and vulgar language during the phone interview. This included profanity and offensive slurs, which are completely unacceptable in any professional setting. Once this behavior was not tolerated he proceeded to harass our social media and phone number.

He did not answer the phone calls from dispatch. Did not make the deliveries on time and one day he said "I'm mentally unable to function" and abandoned the truck and trailer(reefer) loaded with food.

Abandon truck under temperature controlled load.

He worked for us as an owner-operator. We give him a free trailer. He contacted us after 20 days to return the trailer and equipment. He stopped answering on our call , he didn't explain his reasons, he just refused calls, and driving to our yard to give back trailer with out option to speak with us.

High maintenance driver. Picky with loads, late on delivery and pick ups. Hard to wake up. Turns off cell phone. Drives truck to take care of personal business. Claims to have years of experience but refuses to back into tighter docks and refuses loads to Chicago because he's afraid of low bridges. Today refused 2 loads, one because he didn't wanted to secure and the other one because he couldn't back it in. Fired on the spot. Very bad driver. Do not hire.

Be carefully! The driver says every 3 days that he has a headache and can't drive, then again 2 days later he feels bad and can't drive. For two weeks every 3 days he says he can't drive. Every time he has some problem that prevents him from driving. I tell him, give us the truck and you can go home. After that, he begins to threaten us that he will not return the truck. We found a load for him in Chicago because that's where our company is located. And he says that I will not come to Chicago. He stole from the truck, tablet and I-pass...left the truck in another state. Not an adequate person. Big problems with him. Bad experience. Before us, he worked for 6 companies and everywhere for 2 months, a maximum of one and a half.

Driver is a waste of time and money. After he agreed to his travel he never got on the plane.

Hostage Loaded truck and trailer, eventually abandoned it... Very hard for communication,this guy is HUGE PROBLEM for your company !

Driver shows attitude and bad temper for no reason. Very hard to talk to. Abandoned truck in LA. Avoid

Absolute shmuck. Paid him 2 tickets to bring his lazy ass to Chicago and then went to wait for him on the station after he confirmed that he is on the bus. Didn't show up. Do not waste your time

BEWARE On the first load to CA driver started blackmailing us to give him advances, refusing to deliver the load if we don't pay. After getting a small advance the next day he took the load hostage, threatening to destroy the freight and the equipment if he doesn't get more money, which he didnt earn. Only with the help of the police we got the equipment back, but not in time. He damaged the freight resulting in a claim, damaged the equipment and on top of that now he is threatening to come to our office and blow it up. Unrational, aggressive and delusional are the three best words to describe him. Would highly recommend to keep away as he he has cost us sustantial financial damage and a long standing relationship with a good broker.

In one month he had 2 rejected loads(pallets were messed), 2 minor incidents and one accident. About accident he lied that "while he was sleeping truck start moving and hit in trailer of another driver". Repair estimate is 22k so its obvious that something is wrong with his story

Calvin Dixon was driving for us for 6 months. At the beginning he was late for every single load, but he managed to improve himself in terms of that, however he had a terrible attitude and anger issues, mainly yelling to the dispatch team. At the end he started being late again, and we had issues with the brokers because of that, and paying late fees at shippers or receivers. Please avoid this driver!

I have a family emergency my uncle died I won’t be able to start I’m going to need some time off is all that you will hear from this guy. Not reliable and complete waste of your time.

had 2 Accidents in 2 weeks first hit a car in the back at the traffic light second one pushed the car of the highway by changing lanes (picture attached)says he couldnt see the car also not good with the logs doesnt know how to calculate when his 10 hour break is done and he get his hours back dont know how to use logs properly either doesnt secure the load properly
