  1. On first day he broke air hose on truck and glad hand on trailer On second day at delivery in Imperial PA he decided that he doesnt want to do trucking no more and he came back empty to Chicago ... had to cancel the load
  2. Worked as team drivers with his brother Luis. Constant arguments, constant beggings for cash advances, late on loads, rude to shipper/receiver workers, dropped the truck at FL, lying that they have a very big emergency in their family, even though they started working with another company same week. Do avoid, one of the biggest liars i had to work with
  3. He came to the interview smelling like alcohol. Think before you gave him a chance!
  4. Had an accident on his second day with the company. We decided to give a driver another chance by issuing him with another truck. First week went okay, second week started refusing all loads, finally abandoned the truck without any notice or reason and insulted the dispatcher. Will not recommend to hire and stay away from this driver if you do not want any loses.
  5. Good communication until day of the flight where he completely ignored us and did not board the flight so we are out $400.
  6. Avoid at all cost, firs the was driving for us only two loads then he called after a while that would like to join again. Plane ticket of 400$ was purchased the day when he needed to fly I could not reach him at ALL. After a while he appeared telling me that he had CBD in his luggage so he could not pass TAF control on airport. Then told me to buy his amtrak for same day, I purchased AMTRAK for 250$ he told me I'm 15minutes away from the train station AND DISSAPERED AGAIN, in meantime previous employment verification answer where received with terrible answer Not eligible for hire everywhere
  7. Abandoned the truck in Biloxi, MS. Ruined countless truck and trailer tires. Never leaves the house on time after home time. Do not hire this guy, save yourself a headache.
  8. Driver sounded good very proffesional, he had only 1y and 7m experience but i wanted to give him a chance and i wanted to put him in newer truck, i was on the line with him for 10+ days and when the truck got available he was very glad. I scheduled a flight for him that same day and he ghosted and never answered. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
  9. This guy is unaccountable and unreliable. He told to dispatch that his wife will give a birth in a couple of weeks, then he told to dispatch that his wife died. He said all of that in a single day, while he was loaded, and then he went home to CO and all of the sudden he ended up in a hospital, informing us to send someone for the truck and loaded trailer... Avoid this driver at all costs, you will have a lot of problems
  10. We catch him stealing fuel.
  11. Abandoned truck in the middle of no where. Stopped unswerving his calls.
  12. Mr. Aaron was a company driver and part of our fleet for almost a month, he was a driver with poor skills and sometimes was late for the loads. Two times he shifted the freight inside the trailer and we had to pay an additional outsource company to rearrange the products. He had poor management on his truck and once he was left without fuel in his truck. The end of our collaboration was when he got stuck in a mud and abandoned the truck in OK, and we had to send a recovery driver. We would not recommend this driver.
  13. He does have moving violation on his records MVR/PSP, we did call him back to let him know that he is not approved his comment was "your company is horrible, your insurance is horrible, you are all horrible"
  14. The driver returned to the office on his own, instead of going to the delivery, and drove 600 miles without warning. Abandoned a truck with a loaded trailer at a yard without notifying the dispatcher. He had two accidents and believes that all the violations mean nothing.
  15. He was working with us for almost 7 months. First 5 months everything was great. After that he asked to get home more often and every time asked for 1-2 days more for home time. After that he pu the load and left the truck near his home at the truck stop. We called him and asked to do the delivery and bring the truck back and quit, if he wants to quit. He said, no that he will do the delivery and disappeared. We had to recover the truck and deliver the load with another driver.
  16. Driver came to Chicago to be onboarded and then refused to go to pre-employment drug test just disappeared on us and wouldn't respond to any calls or texts.
  17. DO NOT HIRE - ALWAYS SICK - HELD EQUIPMENT (WITH LOAD) HOSTAGE, DROVE BOBTAIL TO NM WITHOUT PERMISSION - TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, DRIVE LESS THAN 5K MILES IN 30 DAYS. HUGE RED FLAGS. HAS 4 DOGS AND A SICK WIFE - USES TRUCK AS HIS HOME NOT TO WORK.
  18. Abandoned loaded truck/trailer
  19. Irresponsible stealing we had million problems with him, threatening everyone so he can get some money
  20. Driver applied with us and was slightly hard to communicate with, rescheduled a drug test at least 3 times, etc, but we still gave him a chance as he was polite and forthcoming over the phone, so we imagined it was just a busy week for him, as he mentioned, and he was trying to manage other stuff in his life. However, we did the MVR, PSP and everything else, he eventually did a drug test and we bought a plane ticket for him. The morning of the flight we contacted him several times to check if he got on the plane since it already landed at that point. He reached out to us several hours later saying he called a couple of days prior to notify us of an "emergency". This was a blatant lie as there are only 2 people he could have reached out to, and both had no missed calls or any answered phone calls from him several days prior to his flight. Waste of money, and irresponsible
  21. Very nice and polite guy, after chasing 3 days to get him a job we got him a flight ticket and he never showed up. Be careful, strongly recommend do not fall for the talk, DO NOT HIRE.
  22. During orientation it was mentioned to driver to come to the office at 8AM. next morning, she disregarded this and came into the office at 10am. her response was that she had to shower, and drink her coffee in time, then she can start working, and that we should not boss her around when and where she should be somewhere. moving on with her employment, she was constantly late, and always arguing over the phone with dispatch. her employment verifications also didn't come back positive, she was let go of every company she was employed with. finally, during her last days, she managed to get into an accident, brought back truck during the weekend and disappeared. stay away from this woman.
  23. Driver left the truck, changed tires on it, stole everything in it... DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!
