  2. Cadisha was terminated monday. she occupied our truck until wednesday afternoon. The police got involved twice. She mad e a spare key to the truck without authorizaiton and ran the truck to keep warm unauthorized, although the truck has bunker heater. She didnt communicate with anyone, unitl the police got involved. we were civil enough to get her a lyft to storage, so she can bring all her belongings there. She was terminated for driving unassigned miles and not following rules she signed off on. She drove 9k miles from Feb 12th until March 8th. The hastle was when she got terminated and held the truck hostage on our yard. She is not eligible for re-hire

  4. His best friend started driving for our company as solo and this guy joined him to run togehter in team(His best friend Cordell Clarke born 05/24/1994). They were runing 10-12 days and then they ABANDONED our truck UNDER THE LOAD (HIGH VALUE MILITARY LOAD) @truck stop in Utah without any reason and they never answered the call or responded to any of our messages. We needed to recover this load and we got FREIGHTGUARD REPORT because broker said we are holding the load as hostage.... STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!
  5. Driver refused to return truck to TN and drove it to Houston TX from Alabama. When we arrived to recover the truck the refer trailer was missing. He said the truck and trailer was together but the truck wasn’t stolen. He stole the trailer

  8. He dissapeared after finishing the whole hiring process! We paid air ticket, hotel, drug test, he finished orientation and when he was ready to start, he left without any explanation and didn't come back. He never answered our calls.
  9. Got him a flight ticket for orientation, never showed up. Came up with an excuse afterwards.
  10. Abend loaded trailer at the pickup complaining about the hrs after having 10h break at the shipper. This was his second load first load he draw 350 miles. This drivers should be removed from the industry for good.

After that, all hell breaks loose where he is always late for his pick up or delivery. wants miles miles miles but can never make anything on time. when he is on home time he never comes back out on the promised day its always 4-7 days after. has an excuse for everything or says he misunderstood. last load he took it upon himself not to pick up and go 340 miles out of route and telling our broker f this load I don't want it. begging for miles miles miles but can not handle 500 miles to ber on time
  12. worked for 3 weeks always complaining about everything, eventually lied about family emergency, stole fuel and abandoned truck
  13. Driver was driving while using phone and totaled truck. He had a total of 4 accidents for being an irresponsible driver.

The horrible driver was late on pickups and deliveries, didn't want to answer the phone, lied that he had a funeral and we sent him home and after that, he didn't want to return the truck to us and blackmailed us that we needed to give him money to bring us truck back. Advice stay away from him if you don't need problems in the company
  15. Wasted so much time. Had to work with him on his MedCert issue. Helped with everything. Last min disappeared right before arriving.
