He is absolutley inncorect ,after long conversation with him ,after done pre -employment drug test ,after paid from us flight ticket ,he don't come !

This guy doesn't know what he wants, he is making deals with recruiting department, coming to the company, trying to change rules. He is wasting time.

Started working with us, right after he finished with SAP program. He drove as a team when co- driver reported this guy drinking while driving. We put a lot of effort to get him out of to the truck. Was terminated. Do not hire him, he is addicted person, did not do drugs because SAP, instead drinking.

very weird got bad inspections he doesn't do PTI at all, but believe me, he is very WEIRD!! also has memory problems, you telling him something, and the next day he is acting as you never told him that, also drove with no logbook -because he didn't have cable to charge the tablet(i think within 450mi he could stop at any truck stop to buy cable)

Left truck unattended on the side of the road. Using abusive language and it seems like this guy has anger issues. He worked for us for less than a week and abandoned the truck. We have him multiple cash advances, paid for his food and phone service, and he was still unhappy. Don't hire him if you don't want issues.

This gentleman has no proper behavior, very low level of understanding corporate driver's culture. Abandon truck and trailer in CA without even telling us.Anger disorder and heavy mood swings. Definitely has mental issues, yelling, screaming for no reason. He was cursing TNT, boss and safety. He canceled load with the broker by himself. So many problems with him, he is unreliable stay away from him.

Communication from beginning looked good. Driver makes good impression, but once employed from next day started problems. Every day tired(from sitting in truck and sleeping), unhappy, late to every PU and DEL. Taking load and when decides to do his personal things and runs late for couple days. And he still pressing that he may drop truck or even sell cargo in black market.

This gay applied 2 times with us. He did 2 times pre emplyment test, last time I book him bus ticket to come from Oklahoma to Chicago and now doesnt answer his phone. Wasting of time and company money.

Bought tickets to fly in to start the job, but cancelled last minute. Drug test took two weeks to get done. Not Reliable. -
abandoned truck and trailer in TX. Did not communicate with us. Said he works for another company and we should use his last paycheck for getting the truck back to the company.

Lazy lazy lazy , logs nonstop problems, if bad violation on truck is your fault not his , got multiple violations refuse admit any of those, when asking we should take truck to check all good because he going home or passing house , don’t want, but just leaving house and same week violations, not eligible for rehire

Sounds very good on the phone /but that's about it ,spent $$ flights/food/Uber/drug tests and he came for orientation and right after , he just said that 'this job is not for him"

Lies a lot, even the worst person. Driver abandoned truck with load in MN. Very dangerous and talking to much that will call to DOT and etc

Very difficult to work with . No comunication at all. Works when ever he pleases . ABANDONED TRUCK AT THE RECIEVER. Whould never rehire him.

Driver called in asking about a job posting. Went through the application/hiring process but started having trouble when it came down to him giving us his CDL. He had 5 stories about why he didn't have it and about it being at home but couldn't even get someone to send him a picture of it. Then, his cousin died (supposedly) and it was at her house so he needs to go to MS with the truck then he can send it to us. Cost of drug test, ubers and a night in the hotel down the drain. I wouldn't waste my time with him again.

took a drug test,kept calling and re assuring he's coming and to book a flight ,from Montana to Chicago ,flight for $480 booked and he called next morning saying he took a local job

drove team with his friend (Norge Morales) they are a good team as far as the driving part/being on time etc,however the issue is that they are never ever happy with the $$ ,then there's the issue with the home time-they stay on the road for 3-4 weeks but go and take 1 mo off and keep making bs excuses why they can't go back on the road. At the end left in Florida and we had to go recover

Not reliable driver with no experience. For less than a month caused multiple damages to both truck and trailer. Poor log books. Neglected to pickup signed BOLs from receivers two times in a row.

Driver just dropped equipment at a local store by his home in Indy. The driver also had a loaded trailer. Stated since he was coming to Chicago, thought he would get fired...Stay away!

absolute waste of time,1 week of planning flights/drug tests etc and at the end he told us that he actually prefers to stay local and doesn't wanna go otr .

This driver is waste of time, he pass DT, Orientation and when was about to pick up the load he found dirty filter in 2022 truck. He refuse the filter to be changed and decide to leave.
