  1. 2/14/22 Refused pre-employment drugscreening , reported Clearinghouse. after 2 nights of hotel and meals
  2. The driver started with us as a Company driver. He behaved himself in the first 2 weeks after that he started behaving arrogantly and refusing doing loads. When we ended our agreement he ended up with the accusation of not receiving his money.Strongly not recommend.
  3. Didn't find his review till after the job was offered. Driver sent all his info in to start working at our company. No call, no showed.
  4. driver steals from company material and runs away like a thief
  5. this driver has a sickness on maintenance. his mind sets on something and imagines the truck needs maintenance every day. we have spent so much money on his truck, and we are done. Driver not hirable. whoever hires him please make sure you do not waste your money on this driver. He will make you broke.
  6. Driver lied on application stating he never tested positive for any substances in the past. Tested positive for drug use prior to coming into our company. Had "no recollection" of failed tests. Lied about not having access Clearinghouse. Driver is prohibited from operating a CMV based on DOT drug and alcohol program violations.
  7. I suggest you think before you hire this man . Made an accident and left the truck, he has a lot of tickets, unreliable.
  8. was sweet talk, I've helped him with the SAP program and everything, booked him a flight...he ghosted me...don't waste your time on this guy.
  9. drop truck, and we found without parts...
  10. Dropped the truck in texas by his house , without any reason at all!!! He even confirmed multiple times when we asked if everything is ok , and have no complaints for dispatch or loads, runs and etc.
  11. We paid for the ticket and hotel, they reached at the yard and left ..reason as they wait for uber 2 h:)
  12. When the driver started driving truck had some small mechanical issues, truck was in shop but we paid the driver for the time the truck was in shop after a load driver said that he needs to get home, so we proposed multiple loads going home, he refused them and asked to drive empty (about 450 mi), he agreed to pay for fuel and expenses so we agreed to do it when truck was ready out of the shop driver didn't respond to his phone or messages than he appeared and asked if we will pay him next day for the time his truck was last in shop, we said yes, but first he has to get a phone so we can communicate and second get a load to bring the truck to Chicago so we can get him a replacement truck he has stolen the tarps and chains and disappeared abandoning the truck
  13. started team, abandoned truck at the end in TX
  14. I don't think you need me to see what this guy is. You will know everything you need to know about him after 2 minutes on the phone with him. Completely lost connection with reality. Demands absolutely ridiculous pay, terms and conditions. Unstable, maybe even crazy. Right during the initial interview on the phone (4th minute) declared that all of us in trucking companies are pieces of shit and that if he won't like something he will immediately abandon our "stupid piece of shit truck". Just the crazy old man. I couldn't wait until he finishes his little crazy monologue, so I can politely hang up. Good luck with that one.
  15. Do not recommend for hire, gave him opportunity as lease owner operator and he was not interested to drive he was sleeping most of the time adamant on going home right after start wanted cash advance all the time did not want to start from home without cash advance, declined multiple 3$, 4$ a mile loads wanted to be around his house right around time to get his paycheck, probably planning to get 1 paycheck and abandon truck so his efforts coming to Chicago were not in vain and score some extra by getting cash advances, lucky we brought him to base and let him go before any bigger mess.
  16. The worse driver I ever seen in my life!!! Oh my god what a garbage. 1. The very first loss with this human being was $300 for the plane ticket. On the day of the trip he decided that he is afraid of planes. Was hiding from us for a few days after that. Only later we found out that the reason for that was his another drinking bout. 2. Got his CDL-A a long time ago but wasn't driving in the past 5-10 years (because he was in prison). So basically he has no experience. Turns out there was the reason for that too - he is a shitty driver. Almost failed the road test. 3. Begged us to give him another chance. Considering that he is afraid of planes, buses and trains and he doesn't have money for the car, we managed to make one of our drivers bring him to the office in his truck. When our driver got to him, this person was drinking vodka. After that he was trying to take a bottle of vodka with him in the truck. He is an alcoholic. 4. Spent time in prison (felonies regarding selling weapons & drugs) 5. Mentally unstable. Has weird reactions to the common words and situations. Or this is just the result of alcoholism. 6. Abandoned truck & trailer with the load somewhere in PA on the first day of work because he didn't like the weather. The guy is irrational and doesn't make any sense. Big big losses for the company. 7. The owner of the company decided to sue this driver for truck and trailer towing along with cargo claims. So whoever will be brave enough to hire this person, keep in mind this guy is going to have a lot of extra payments to make in the next few years. 8. Friendly advice - if you still gonna have to deal with this person for some reason, record everything and keep the police nearby.
  17. Not a reliable driver at all. Always lying, left the company without 2 weeks notice
  18. Worked for only 1.5 weeks, drove home hundreds miles away from delivery without telling anyone and abandoned our truck with trailer. No warnings, nothing. Quit without warning.
  19. This driver is missing a little upstairs
  20. Did the drug test, was returning the truck for another company, then told us a story about losing wallet at the airport, never answer the phone.
  21. This driver is extremely difficult to work with. If you lease him a truck he will disregard all company policy and think that he does not need to follow DOT or FMCSA regulations. He believes he is his own company! Make sure your lease agreement covers you because he will not return the truck
  22. Worked as O/O, runs at his own schedule, sleeps until he wants to without answering his phone. Always arguing with dispatch. Left company without notice and owing company $. Truck was old and not well kept up for DOT inspections. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
  23. Every time driver had an explanation to not drive in whole week he only did 300miles. Looks like driver had mental issues, so we just fired him.
  24. did drug test, came to office. Was acting weird, talking to himself, asking for company name 4 times during the orientation. Most likely has some disorder. Went outside and never comeback
  25. DRIVER TOOK A DRUG TEST THE MORNING OF FLIGHT HE STOPPED ANSWERING CALLS DO NOT RECOMEND
