Job Description:
- Screening driver applications.
- Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
- Assisting qualified candidates in completing their applications.
- Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements.
- Follow up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience is required.
- Tenstreet Experience.
- Knows how to process a driver from cradle to grave.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
