We are seeking a motivated individual to support our driver recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing potential driver leads through cold calling, email, and online resources.
- Engaging with prospective drivers via phone, email, or in-person to present job opportunities.
- Reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates for job fit and compliance.
- Assisting candidates with application processes and scheduling background checks, orientations, and travel.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and managing the hiring and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience in recruiting or HR preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
