Recruiter for CDL Truck Drivers

We are seeking a motivated individual to support our driver recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing potential driver leads through cold calling, email, and online resources.
  • Engaging with prospective drivers via phone, email, or in-person to present job opportunities.
  • Reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates for job fit and compliance.
  • Assisting candidates with application processes and scheduling background checks, orientations, and travel.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience and managing the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience in recruiting or HR preferred.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a positive attitude.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
