Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a trucking dispatcher, preferably with experience in dry van, refrigerated and flatbed freight.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
